Ingredients

1.5 oz Tequila or Mezcal

0.75 oz lime juice or (2 or 3 lime wedges squeezed and thrown in bottom of glass)

0.5 oz Creme de Cassis (Edmond Briottet)

Ginger Beer

You can add the creme de cassis at the end which creates a nice cascading color within the drink.

Method

Creme de Cassis: Blackcurrant liqueur originating in France
created by macerating black currants. Original recipe by
Aguste-Denis Lagoute in the Dijon region of France in 1841.
The best brands have at least 600g of black currant per liter
